Careers: Operations Support

Careers or Branches in the Army are diverse. As a Cadet, you will have the opportunity to be placed in to a Branch based on your interest and performance in the Program. You will meet with other officers from various branches to see which branch is the best fit for you. Learn more about Officer Branches.

Operations Support

These include those jobs that help the frontline (Operations) forces do their job effectively.  Ensure the Army has the equipment needed for training, exercises, combat, and other services. The branches include:

Cyber branch mark.
Cyber

Monitor Army systems to protect against foreign threats from hacking and gain access to our systems. Conducts operations to monitor and infiltrate enemy systems.

Military Intelligence branch mark.
Military Intelligence

This branch provides essential information to the frontline soldiers. They are responsible for analyzing and interpreting all intelligence gathered or learned during Army missions.

Signal branch mark.
Signal

Soldiers are experts for installing, maintaining, and operating and Army’s data and communications systems, and resources. They work with everything from phones to computers to routers to satellite relay systems.
