Careers: Force Sustainment

Careers or Branches in the Army are diverse. As a Cadet, you will have the opportunity to be placed in to a Branch based on your interest and performance in the Program. Force Sustainment

They ensure soldiers are fed, equipped, paid, and supported in order to maintain and prolong operations. They make sure the Army continues running and includes jobs in logistics, human resources, and financial management.  The Branches include:

Adjutant General branch mark.
Adjutant General

These officers are experts in personnel management and oversee the actions and jobs that affect a soldier's morale and welfare. They also ensure that soldiers remain prepared to deploy to an operational environment.

Finance branch mark.
Finance

Responsible for support the individual soldier and overall operations of the Army. Finance officers ensure soldiers' salaries are correct and they get paid on time. They are also responsible for the logistical, medical, and supply requirements during tactical missions.

Medical Corps mark.
Medical Corps

Consists of those professionals in the health care field such as doctors, dentists, optometrists, and more.

Medical Service Army mark.
Medical Service Corps

These officers plan, direct, manage, administer, and participate in the functioning of health care facilities and organizations. They are essential in treating the overall health of soldiers and their families.

Nursing branch mark.
Nurse Corps

These officers lead nursing teams that care for soldiers and their families. They play an important role in improving the overall quality of life for soldiers and their families.

Ordnance branch mark.
Ordnance Corps

These officers are responsible for making sure that weapons systems, vehicles, and tactical support equipment remain operational and in working order.

Quartermaster branch mark.
Quartermaster Corps

Responsible for providing soldiers with the equipment they need to be successful in training and operational environments. They make sure soldiers are supplied with food, water, fuel, ammunition, repair parts and other field services.

Transportation branch mark.
Transportation

Experts in operating and maintaining the vehicles used to transport soldiers and equipment.
