Requirements:
- Enrollment/Academic Standing: Must be a current student enrolled at the institution with a 3.0 GPA or better.
- Availability: Available to commit to the schedule during Welcome Week and for the additional training week and must hold 5-6 hours a week for office hours.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with new students.
- Reliability: Demonstrated reliability and responsibility in handling tasks and commitments.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of Campus: Familiarity with campus resources and services is advantageous.
- Initiative: Proactive approach in problem-solving and assisting new students.
New Student Ambassadors Crew Members (Welcome Week Positions)
As a New Student Ambassador Crew Member, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the experience of new students during Welcome Week. Your responsibilities primarily focus on facilitating a smooth transition for incoming students and ensuring their integration into the campus community. This position requires proactive involvement during Welcome Week and necessitates arrival one week prior for comprehensive training.
