Conduct Resources

Student Health Services

The Office of Health Education and Promotion, housed within our Student Health Services, offers resources and services to enhance personal and community health. The harm that results from substance abuse is of great concern to our community, so we offer many prevention and intervention programs for students. In addition to the educational programs provided to Freshman Studies classes, fraternities and sororities, and other campus groups, an educational intervention program, Personal Education Assistance and Referral (PEAR), is offered to students.

For more information, call 412-383-1800 or visit Student Health Services, 119 Mark A. Nordenberg Hall.

University Counseling Center

Mental health professionals are available to help students with any personal problems or concerns, including relationship issues, emotional or social difficulties, and concerns about academic progress. Drug and alcohol counselors and psychiatrists are also available to students. Confidentiality is strictly maintained.

There is no charge for counseling services. For information or appointments, call 412-648-7930 or visit the Counseling Center, 119 Mark A. Nordenberg Hall.
