Tami received her Doctoral degree in Psychology from the University of Hartford and became a Licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania in 2024. Tami's clinical interests include trauma, group work, relationship issues, and self-esteem concerns. Tami believes in a mind-body-soul approach to her work and focuses on exploring the patterns we may be engaging in with our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Tami uses ACT approaches, mindfulness, body-centered therapies, and dream work as interventions, and a relational frame to create a meaningful therapeutic relationship. When Tami is not working she enjoys doing yoga, cooking, traveling, and watching TV.
