Mihnea received his MA in cultural anthropology and MSW in clinical social work from the University of Pittsburgh. Mihnea strongly believes in the inherent and unconditional worthiness of all human beings and his top values are compassion, justice, authenticity, and integrity, which inform his approach to therapy and life, in general. His therapeutic approach is rooted in the process-based and cognitive-behavioral modalities. Mihnea's interests are working with anxiety, OCD, grief and loss, trauma, existential concerns, spirituality, and neurodivergence. He especially appreciates the curiosity, openness to new experiences and perspectives, and the search for meaning and identity of college students.
