Maria Hays (she/her) joined the Fraternity and Sorority Life team in August 2023 as the Program Coordinator for Community Health and Safety. Maria advises the Interfraternity Council (IFC), coordinates wellness and accountability programming and education for council and chapter leaders, serves as the Fraternity and Sorority Life liaison to the Office of Student Conduct, and provides risk management education to council and chapter leaders.
Maria completed her undergraduate work at Gannon University where she joined Phi Sigma Sigma, and received her Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Mercyhurst University.
