Why did you apply to be a Pitt ACC Leadership Symposium delegate?
By learning how to “Accelerate Community Change” and connecting with impressive student leaders from schools across the Atlantic Coast Conference, I am excited to create a more vibrant and inclusive Pitt community. I applied to be a Pitt ACC Leadership Symposium Delegate because, throughout the last three years, I have learned the importance of Leadership Development thanks to incredible opportunities and people at Pitt who have shown me the importance of leadership in making a difference. I look forward to strengthening our Pitt community through the connections I make and the experiences we will share at the ACC Leadership Symposium.
What do you love most about being a leader at Pitt?
Being a leader at Pitt enables us to encourage Pitt spirit and make meaningful connections. I am proud to have been inspired by so many of my peers and I aspire to empower more students in the same way – to take on leadership roles, organize Pitt traditions, make personal connections with students, staff, and alumni, and witness more students than ever experiencing everything Pitt has to offer. The people in the Pitt community make it a place where I am continually excited to make an impact, on campus and globally.
