Organizations who complete one (1) Leadership Lab Workshop will be eligible for the following:
- Small token of appreciation for each participant
- Free snacks for the next workshop when your organization schedules and completes in the same academic year
- Gold Organization

Organizations who complete three (3) Leadership Lab Workshops will be eligible for the following:
- Small token of appreciation for each participant
- Framed certificate
- Pizza for the next workshop when your organization schedules and completes in the same academic year
- Platinum Organization

Organizations have completed all six (6) of the Leadership Lab Workshops will be eligible for the following:
- Small token of appreciation for each participant

Residence Hall Incentive Program
Each time a Resident Assistant (RA) schedules a Leadership Lab workshop for their floor, they will receive one entry to an end of year pizza party for their floor. Up to three residence hall floors will win a pizza party. All participants will receive a small token of appreciation.
