The Student Conduct Peer Review Board (SCPRB) will hear cases involving Level I Student Code of Conduct violations which will not result in disciplinary suspension or dismissal. The SCPRB will be made up of undergraduate, graduate, and/or part-time students in good academic standing. Members will be selected annually (or more often, if required) by a selection process to be determined by Student Affairs. All SCPRB members will receive appropriate training to discharge their responsibilities.
The hearing of a case referred to the SCPRB will be held before a panel of a minimum of three (3) members and will be conducted under the guidance of a Moderator appointed by the Director of Student Conduct or their designee.
No one will serve on a Board who has any direct interest or prior involvement in the incident under consideration.
