Involvement/Accolades:

  • Submitted research publications in premier peer-reviewed conferences and journals in neuromorphic computing and robotics, such as Frontiers in Neuroscience and International Conference on Neuromorphic Systems (ICONS), and International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA).
  • Awarded merit-based grants and scholarships from the University of Pittsburgh to support undergraduate studies.
  • Nominated for the George Washington Award, presented to the top graduating senior at the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School of Engineering.
  • Represented the ENIGMA Lab annually at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Discovery Day by running the robotics booth and presenting lab research to prospective students.
  • Volunteered during a summer REU program at the University of Pennsylvania for an IoT4Ag-sponsored camp, introducing Hispanic middle school students to engineering. Led hands-on sessions on how robotics is transforming modern agriculture.
  • Admitted to the Ph.D. program in Electrical and Computer Engineering, at the University of Maryland, College Park, with a specialization in robotics.

Future Plans:
