What to Expect
All fitness levels are welcome! Explore our schedule and class descriptions below.
Spring semester classes will begin in our new Recreation and Wellness Center on January 12, 2026, and will conclude on April 24, 2026.
Registration is required for all classes. We strongly encourage pre-registering to secure your spot. If a class is full, you are still welcome to attend and wait - if a registered participant doesn't show, you may be able to take their spot. Class registration opens 48 hours before the scheduled class time via our Campus Recreation Portal.
If you’re unable to attend a class you registered for, please remove yourself from the roster through the Pitt Campus Recreation app or by speaking with a Member Services Attendant at the Welcome Desk. Removing yourself allows others the opportunity to attend in your place. No-Show policies will be reinforced at a later date.
Before & After Class Etiquette
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start of class to set up your workout station and make any necessary adjustments to your equipment. At the end of class, please wipe down all equipment you used to help maintain a clean and safe environment for all.
