Eliana Crew

As a member of the Class of 2027, Eliana is a student in the Swanson School of Engineering whose academic interests span engineering, physics, computer science, and mathematics. She has studied abroad twice, completing the Plus3 Program in Cyprus and being a part of the inaugural year of the Sustainable Engineering in Iceland course. She currently serves as an undergraduate teaching assistant for two courses in the Mechanical Engineering & Materials Science Department, including contributing to a textbook for MEMS0051: Introduction to Thermodynamics, and previously worked as a student employee in the Office of Inclusion & Belonging. Her most meaningful work has been in computational engineering research, through which she has attended multiple conferences, completed two research internships, and contributed to several publications, experiences that have shaped her goal of pursuing a PhD in mechanical or chemical engineering.
